Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching

To help successful leaders and teams to become better.
It is a simple formula to improve one or two areas of leadership growth with a major impact on other areas of leadership and life.
It is a program that challenges leaders, managers and others to improve with Courage, Humility and Discipline.

360 Assessment

After an introduction, we will look to your strengths and growth-areas in leadership. This can be done in a personal interview, or with the help of an assessment.

In this context we offer a 360 stakeholder centered assessment with behavioral interviews to develop a more objective and thorough insight. Some of your stakeholders will be selected to take part.
After an evaluation you as a leader will select one or two areas, where you see the need of improvement, to become even better.

In three steps this assessment consists of:

  • 360 assessment
  • behavioral interviews
  • briefing.

Coaching with involvement of Stakeholders

In this part you as a leader will, with our help, develop a plan to deeply improve one or two areas of your behavior. Stakeholders are involved to give feedback en feed-forward about your progress. For sure it needs courage and humbleness to involve stakeholders, and discipline to realize an observable change in behavior.

Besides this there will be measurements to objectify results, in the 5th, 8th and 11th month of coaching.

Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching is known for a high rate of success of leadership growth of 95%.

Team coaching

Besides the option for 1 to 1 leadership coaching in Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching there is also the option for Team Coaching. This team coaching is both for the upliftment of the individual members and also to uplift the performance of the team as a whole.

Each member of the team will do an assessment and choose his or her own one or two area’s of growth. The members will meet monthly for practical sessions and feedback and feedforward of their fellow team-members.
In the 5th, 8th and 10th month members have short sessions to measure results.


  • Coaching can be done on a No cure no pay base.
  • It is also possible to choose for other payment models which in the end will be less costly, but which will be not or only partially based on No cure no pay.
