It is a simple formula to bring in one or two areas of leadership (and life) growth with a major impact on other areas of leadership and life.
The start is with a brief assessment to highlight some strengths and areas where you like to become even better. After this assessment and an evaluation you as a leader will choose one or two areas where you see the need of improvement and to become even better.
Coaching with involvement of Stakeholders
After the assessment evaluation you as a leader will, with our help, develop a plan to deeply improve one or two areas of your behavior. For sure it needs courage, some humbleness to involve stakeholders, and discipline to realize it.
In the whole process there will be moments of feedback and feedforward with stakeholders and measurement to objectify results.

A team program for the behavioral improvement of all the members of a team. In monthly team sessions each member will do an assessment and choose his or her own one or two area’s of growth. There will be practical sessions as well as feedback and feedforward of team-members.
Also there will be short sessions to measure results.
No cure no pay
Coaching can be done on a No cure no pay base. It is also possible to choose for other payment models which in the end will be less costly, but which will be only partially based on No cure no pay.
